WOD – Conditioning For time: Run then 21-15-9 Med Ball cleans, 10kg Push Jerk, 42.5/30 kg Overhead plate lunges, 20/15 kg then Run ________________________________________________ Competition Training WOD (Optional) Spend an extra 15 min on mobility
WOD # 1 – Strength Every minute on the minute for 10 min: For Load: 2 Power snatch * Power snatch or Squat snatch * Increment the weight or hold across WOD # 2 – Conditioning 3 rounds EACH for time: 300m row 20 alternating DB power snatch, 20/15 * rest as required between rounds
WOD # 1 - Strength For max load: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 WOD # 2 – Conditioning For max total reps: In 3 min: run 400m then AMRAP Box jumps, 24/20″ (step ups are RX as well) Rest 1 min In 3 min: run 400m then AMRAP Pull-ups Rest 1 min In 3 min: run 400m then AMRAP
