WOD # 1 – Strength For Load: Weighted pull-ups 3-3-3-3-3 WOD # 2 – Conditioning For max total reps: Tabata box overs, 24/20″ Rest 1 min Tabata alternating DB snatch, 20/15kg Rest 1 min Tabata hang squat cleans, 35/25kg   *Completing all 8 of the 20 sec rounds on the one station before moving to
